European Beech – Customer Care & Returns Policy

We are proud to offer our European Beech as a high-quality, virtually defect free product, consistent with the description provided on our website. We stand behind the integrity of this material and value your business.

Our goal is to ensure a professional and efficient resolution should any issue arise.

If you have any concerns with your shipment, please notify us in writing within fifteen (15) calendar days of receipt so we may promptly review and assist. Our team will work with you to evaluate the matter and determine an appropriate resolution.

Returns require prior written authorization from Associated Hardwoods, Inc. To be eligible for return:

  • Product must remain in full bundle quantities
  • Material must be in the same condition as originally shipped
  • Product that has been cut, altered, or processed is not eligible for return

Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee to cover handling, inspection, and repackaging. Return freight is the responsibility of the purchaser unless otherwise agreed in writing.

No purchase necessary to enter or win. Promotion is open to eligible participants only. Limit one (1) entry per person, per household, per day. Must be 21 years old or older to win and have a valid driver’s license or birth certificate to cruise. Winner will receive (one) three night Caribbean cruise for 2 people (value: $1,500)
Participants may enter once daily. One (1) winner will be selected each day at 4:00 PM on August 25, August 26, and August 27, for a total of three (3) winners during the duration of the IWF Atlanta show.
Limit one (1) prize per person and per household for the duration of the promotion. Participants may not win more than one cruise prize. If a selected winner has already won, an alternate winner will be chosen. Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, except at the sole discretion of the sponsor.
